General description

Dosing skid systems are designed for dosing liquid chemicals which are taken from separate storage tanks or containers. The systems can be designed for being mounted on the wall or as free standing units on the floor. They can be configured with the type key on page 3 and are able to fulfil a variety of dosing tasks. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, dosing skid systems can be applied universally for most dosing liquids – the material selection can be adapted with the configuration. The standard dosing skid systems are available with one, two or three dosing pumps.

Components and characteristics

Dosing skid systems are assembled using following components:

• Dosing skid made of PP (floor mounted or wall mounted) 
• Drip tray with drain plug made of PP
• Suction line assembly made of PVC consisting of suction line, shut-off valve, flushing connection, inlet connection as open-end connection
• Pressure relief valve and pressure loading valve as standard
• Discharge pipe assembly made of PVC consisting of shut-off valves, flushing connection, pressure transmitter, manometer, outlet connection as open-end connection.
